They count with years of experience in writing commissions and just started working on illustrations.
Terms of ServiceGENERAL
These terms apply to both SFW and NSFW commissions.I reserve the right to deny commissions for whatever reason.I won't create any pieces which sole purpose is to discriminate against minorities (e.g. pieces that contain and are centred around transphobia, homophobia, racism, etc.)I won't depict any level of sexual abuse or non-consensual sexual situations, the only exception I will make is non-consensual kinks.The latter includes any sexual situations involving minors.PAYMENTS
I work at a rate of $0.05 USD per word for SFW non-commercial/personal use pieces. For NSFW non-commercial/personal use, my rates go up to $0.06 USD per word.For commercial usage, I will charge an additional fee, which will be negotiated between both parties.We shall agree on a platform to make the transaction, this could be a virtual wallet (like PP), or through a platform like VGen. My prices do not include any extra fees that could be charged by the platform or other third parties, such as your own bank (this can include, but is not limited to: Currency conversion fees, platform fees, etc.).At least half of the total shall be made upfront. Upon receiving payment, I'll begin the commission.REVISIONS
These do not contemplate any typos or spelling mistakes, as those are solely my responsibility and are not acceptable upon presenting my final product.All major plot points, accurate description of the characters and their interactions will be discussed before the commission starts, therefore no major corrections will be accepted once the commission is in progress.I will accept a maximum of three (3) minor revisions. I will consider "minor revisions" as any revision that doesn't require the change of a whole scene, and therefore includes changes in tone or manner of speaking, changes in the dialogue and such.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
All works will be prioritized by their payment date, which means the sooner the payment is done, the sooner I will get to your commission.The time of completion will depend on the length of the commission, the complexity of it and possible corrections the work could need.If there are no other commissions pending, you can expect your commission to be delivered before 14 business days. If there are any complications during the process, I'll make sure to contact you and discuss the situation.If the delivery is urgent, you may prioritize your commission by paying a rush fee.USE
The commission will be of non-commercial/personal use for both me and the client. This means neither party will be able to give it a commercial use/re-sell the commission without a proper previous agreement.The work may be reposted on social media as long as I'm credited as the writer.The commissioner can request to make their name or the commission as a whole private. If this is not stated, the work will be published on my ToyHouse and/or AO3.It is strictly forbidden to feed my writing into any AI.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All the characters portrayed in my work belong to their owners, regardless of if the owner is the commissioner or a third party.All posts of the work must state that I am the writer of said work.The commission must not be submitted to any calls/zines without my explicit consent.The work can be translated by the commissioner or other third parties. I'd appreciate being informed about it, so I don't encounter my own work in another language in the wild.I hold all intellectual property rights over the work itself.REFUNDS
If you decide to desist on commissioning me, I will retain the upfront payment made before I started the commission.I will refund you if I'm unable to deliver the commission by any circumstance.COMMUNICATION

Once I start your commission it takes me 1-3 weeks to finish the illustration, depending on complexity, revisions, flow of communication. etc.USE
